Luxury palaces
Granada's Arab past does not only have the Alhambra Palace as its only witness to its long history. Moorish palaces are located in the old quarters of Albaycín and Sacromonte. Old moorish palaces with courtyards and fabolous gardens and fountains. Enjoy gorgeous views over the Alhambra Palace and the Albaycin from these venues while you are celebrating your big day.
Sacromonte caves
On the hills facing the La Alhambra, the Sacromonte is located, the oldest quarter of Granada and also a World Heritage Site. There are several wedding venues at this location, where you have the option of holding both the ceremony and the wedding reception. These venues are ideal either for large receptions or small and intimate weddings, with their stunning views over the Alhambra and the city of Granada.

To our dear friend Angeles, To anyone that is considering Angeles and Alhambra Weddings for their wedding we cannot recommend her highly enough. We were truly blessed to have Angeles as our wedding planner for our wonderful wedding in Granada. From the moment we met we both knew that we our wedding was in the best hands and you immediately get the feeling that Angeles will do whatever it takes to make sure your wedding is the best day of your lives. Planning a wedding, as everyone knows, is difficult enough without the added issues of planning a destination wedding (by email). We both live in Ireland but dreamed of having our wedding in the beautiful city of Granada. Angeles helped make this dream come true and although we must have exchanged hundreds of e-mails, it was never a chore, Angeles always had the right answer, the right options and her creativity meant we could often leave some important decisions in her hands. Angeles also seems to know everyone in Granada so was able to get the best price and keep the wedding well within budget. The preparation, ceremony and reception were just perfect and many of our guests commented that our's was one of the best weddings they had ever been to and Granada is so spectacular we never felt that the day would be anything but great. Ángeles we cannot thank you enough for our wonderful ceremony on January the 29th, it was truly something special. We had a blessing outside and the candle ceremony was held inside Las Brisas Casita were we were staying which is in the foothills of the Sierra de Mijas. The flowers which Ángeles provided for us were beautiful. The words of the ceremony were so meaningful making the whole experience truly special.
